Scotland is famous for it’s ‘uisge beatha’ the water of life, and the Highlands is home to some of the best distilleries, which offer a fantastic experience to have a tour around these world renowned distilleries and see how their favourite dram is made.
The Dornoch Castle Hotel’s very own Dornoch Distillery Company, created by owners Simon & Phil Thompson, will be in operation by August 2016 and producing an Organic Gin whilst patiently waiting for their Old Style Whisky to mature.
