Our new 2025 Vault menu is a family-style feast, with a 5-course menu designed to be shared and enjoyed. With influences of Dornoch Distillery running throughout the menu and the best ingredients being prepared by our talented kitchen team, we are sure you will have an unforgettable experience dining with us. Bookings are being taken now, and the Vault can sit in groups of 6-12 people.
Our popular private whisky tastings are also available to book now. Hosted by one of our knowledgeable bar staff, you will be greeted with an arrival whisky cocktail, followed by an in-depth tasting tailored to your group. Bookings are being taken now for groups of 6 people and upwards.
