Our family-style Vault Feast Menu is back for 2026 — a four-course dining experience, which includes a tea service with chocolate and whisky treats, designed to be shared and savoured.

The evening begins with our signature cocktail and nibbles, followed by a generous sharing starter, a hearty main course accompanied by mouth-watering sides for the table, and concludes with a warm, iconic traditional pudding for each guest.

With influences of Dornoch Distillery running throughout the menu and the best ingredients being prepared by our talented kitchen team, we are sure you will have an unforgettable experience dining with us.

Bookings are now open, with The Vault comfortably accommodating groups of 4–12 people. Our events team will be happy to assist you with any booking enquiries.

Private Whisky Tastings

Our popular private whisky tastings are also held in our hidden 15th-century dungeon — the perfect backdrop for an intimate and immersive experience.

Led by Jamie, our accomplished bar manager with a passion for whisky and a talent for storytelling, each tasting begins with an arrival whisky cocktail before moving into an in-depth experience tailored to your group’s knowledge and interests.

Then came the tasting in The Vault, hosted by Jamie. What an incredible host. The welcome, the energy, the stories (and yes, the moustache!) made the experience unforgettable. The line-up he prepared was world-class: beautifully selected Dornoch and Thompson Bros bottles, rare drams, and a perfectly balanced flow from start to finish. Simply outstanding. We left with huge smiles, full hearts, and the feeling that we had just experienced something truly unique.

The private dining experience in the Vault was a highlight: fantastic food, lovely ambience, and attentive service—perfect for a special occasion. Well-presented starter platter, offering great variety and flavor. We chose the Scottish beef for main course, which was incredibly tasty, cooked pink to perfection, and so tender it melts in your mouth. To top it off, the world-renowned sticky toffee pudding—rich, sweet, and utterly indulgent. A dining experience we highly recommend.
