Hogmanay Gala Dinner 2025

Join us on 31st December for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner, a night crafted to celebrate the close of 2025 in true Highland style.
Your evening begins with a sparkling champagne and canapé reception, enjoyed by the glow of the fire in our charming whisky bar. As the atmosphere builds and glasses clink, guests will be led through to the restaurant by the sound of the pipes, marking the start of your final feast of the year.
Our chefs have created an exceptional six-course menu, showcasing the very best of Scottish seasonal produce. Each dish is designed to delight the senses and set the tone for a night of celebration, indulgence, and warmth.
As midnight approaches, guests are invited to raise a final toast to the year gone by before stepping outside to welcome the new one with the annual fireworks display of the Dornoch Hogmanay Street Party.
With exquisite food, fine drink, and the unmistakable charm of our historic surroundings, this is a Hogmanay celebration crafted to be remembered long after the clock strikes twelve.
