First off, a massive thank you to everyone who visited us last year! The incredible turnout in 2025 made our whisky events a roaring success, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the memories we created together.
We have made friends from all over the world — and we are eager to make many more!
We are indeed back with a brand-new series of whisky tastings set to keep your noses and palates buzzing throughout 2026. Get ready for new distillery ambassadors and industry pros to step through our doors while our little corner of the world becomes a whisky heaven and continues growing as a global destination.
Most tastings will once again be held in the captivating 15th-century vaulted dungeon of the historic Dornoch Castle — the perfect setting for memorable whisky explorations.
